Personal information

• Himanka Kalita is a PhD Student with "Biometric Systems and Multimedia Forensics" Lab of the "University of Roma Tre", Rome, Italy under the supervision of Professor Patrizio Campisi from 2017. His current research area is Biometrics Systems and Machine Learning.
• Himanka received his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from "Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU)", Guwahati, India in 2013 and Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree in Information Technology from "North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST)", Itanagar, India in 2015.
• From March 2016 to March 2017, he worked for "Kendriya Vidyalaya, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati" as a Computer Science teacher. He also worked as a Project Staff of "Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)", Guwahati, India in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering from March 2017 to November 2017 for the project "Integration and Maintenance of Virtual Lab".
• His other research interests are Image and Video Processing, Secret Image Sharing and Image Encryption, Image Analysis, Embedded Systems, Web Component Development and Pattern Recognition.
